I have over 17 years experience as a therapist. My initial interest in movement and the body came during 14 years of training in karate when I gained my 3rd degree black belt and became an Instructor, teaching in Birmingham.
I worked privately as a massage therapist in Solihull for 3 years before going on to study Occupational Therapy at Coventry University earning a First Classification Bachelor of Sciences Degree with Honours.
In 2007 I moved to Cheshire to work as an NHS Occupational Therapist on hospital wards such as Orthopaedics, Hand Therapy, Medical, Stroke, Intermediate Care, Rehabilitation and in patients homes with the Community Rehabilitation Team.
Wishing to further explore movement and bodywork has lead me back into private practice, training in the techniques described.
I now work at the highly respected Core Clinics in Warwickshire alongside my work in Cheshire and Solihull.
